…an urban residential entry and amenity enhancement in the Historic West End of Boston

Steve Woods lead design services for property upgrades to the West End Longfellow Apartments complex in Boston’s historic West End neighborhood. Improvements included upgrades to Staniford Street along the project site, which is bordered by multiple retail storefronts. The project also included a redesign and dramatic upgrade to the auto court and drop-off area serving the two apartment towers. A new gatehouse and a re-facing of the first level podium were also part of the upgrade program, as were the redesign and upgrade of the outdoor pool deck.
